Who owns the code and the data?

You do. After the final payment, the code and the data of your project belong to you in full. Instanix keeps only its general tools: the building blocks it uses across more than one project.

How is our data protected?

Each client's data is kept separate at the database and application level. Keys and passwords are never written in the code and are never shown to AI models. Every connection is encrypted.

• Sensitive actions wait for a person to approve them.
• Everything an agent does is logged.
• Our data policy follows the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

What support do we get after delivery?

30 days of free support after delivery. After that, a monthly maintenance contract (AMC) keeps the system looked after.

We respond to any issue within one hour at most, because a ticket system sorts every issue by priority. That is the time to respond, not the time to fix.

How does payment work?

50% when the project starts and 50% on delivery, in UAE dirhams or another currency. You can pay by bank transfer, by card, or through a payment gateway with Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Amir Diab, founder of Instanix, with a human development team, alongside the IX agents.

Our published case study is SCANNO, the AI-assisted vehicle inspection platform in Doha, Qatar. We have also built automation and management systems for clinics, real estate firms, trading companies and others, without naming those clients.
