What you buy

The full IXSignal report for one website, for a single payment of AED 49. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

It asks all 12 questions in Arabic and English, each one 3 times, through an AI engine with web search (and, where enabled, each question once to a second engine, Google Gemini), and adds share of voice, who wins each question, the sources the engine cites, AI-readiness checks, a prioritised action plan and a printable PDF.

With it, you can compare your business with up to 3 competitor websites you name: we read their public pages the same way and look for them in the same answers. No extra charge.

Delivery

The full report starts as soon as Ziina confirms your payment and is usually ready within a few minutes, on the same report link. The link stays open for 90 days from the payment.

Once the payment is confirmed, we also email the report link to the address you give at checkout, so you do not lose it.

What the report is, and is not

It shows what one AI engine answered to these questions on the date shown, through its API. It is a sample, not your ranking in ChatGPT, Google or any other product, and not a promise of any result. The technical part covers only the public pages we could read and the checks listed in the report.

Refunds

If the full report cannot be delivered, for example because the AI engine or our service fails, and we cannot deliver it within 3 business days, we refund the full amount to the card you paid with.

Because the report is a digital service delivered right after payment, a delivered report is not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If something in your report looks wrong, write to us and we will look at it.

Payment

Payments are processed by Ziina. Your card details never reach Instanix. The price is the one shown before you pay, in UAE dirhams.
